FISCHER SBM RAME 9371 Neutral Silicone for Construction and Plumbing is a neutral, alcohol-based, low-modulus silicone sealant designed for construction and plumbing applications. Thanks to its high elasticity, it is ideal for expansion and connection joints, ensuring a long-lasting and weather-resistant seal.

Technical characteristics
Chemical base: Neutral, alcohol-based silicone.

Elastic modulus: Low, with high elastic recovery capacity.

Weather resistance: Excellent, even in extreme irradiation conditions.

Adhesion: Excellent on concrete, masonry, wood, plastics (except PE, PP, PTFE), metals and glass.

Application temperature: From +5°C to +40°C.

Thermal resistance: From -40°C to +150°C.

Skin formation time: Approximately 10-15 minutes at 23°C and 50% RH.

Hardening time: 2-3 mm per day.

Certifications: CE marked for sealing facades and windows.

Recommended applications
Sealing joints between prefabricated concrete panels.

Healthcare sector: Resistant to mould and water vapour (only some variants).

Building facades: Certified for internal and external sealing, even in cold climates.

Joints in air conditioning and ventilation ducts.

Application method
Surface preparation: Remove dirt, dust, oil and rust. For porous surfaces, grind or sandblast.

Cleaning: Glass and metals must be cleaned with solvent.

Application: Cut the end of the cartridge, insert the nozzle and adapt it to the size of the joint.

Sealing: Apply the product along the joint and level it with a spatula.

Final cleaning: Remove the tape from the edges and clean the tools with acetone or multipurpose wipes
