DISEC MG812 – Magnetic Security Protector for Garage Door Locks
The DISEC MG812 is a magnetic security protector for up-and-over garage door locks. Its 4W magnetic sliding cover shields the lock opening and is released using the corresponding magnetic key. The steel construction with manganese reinforcement and black finish provides additional protection for the existing locking mechanism.
Sliding magnetic lock protection
When closed, the magnetic cover restricts direct access to the key opening. The corresponding DISEC KM0P85 magnetic key releases the sliding mechanism, allowing the original garage door lock to be operated.
The protector helps resist lock manipulation, drilling attempts and cylinder extraction. It provides supplementary security without replacing the existing lock.

Lock compatibility and installation
The MG812 is intended for compatible garage door locks, including certain PREFER, NEMEF, POTENT, FASEM, CISA, ISEO and IDM configurations. Depending on the lock, applications may involve Euro profile cylinders, round cylinders or double-bit key systems.
Before installation, check the 39 × 139 mm fixing centres, 60 mm handle-to-lock spacing, lock geometry and 12 mm maximum cylinder projection.
Replacement KM0P85 magnetic keys are subject to restricted duplication using the corresponding ownership card.
