De Marinis ISO 25 PLUS P2IF rectangular inspection module G50
The De Marinis P2IF inspection module is an ISO 25 PLUS G50 component featuring a rectangular inspection door for direct access to the internal flue.
It is designed to facilitate periodic inspection, cleaning and maintenance of the chimney and is generally installed in an accessible section of the system, often towards the lower part of the vertical flue.
The P2IF follows the ISO 25 PLUS construction, featuring an AISI 316L BA stainless-steel inner wall, an AISI 304 BA stainless-steel outer wall and 25 mm blown mineral wool insulation.
It is available in nominal internal diameters Ø80, 100, 130, 150, 180, 200, 250, 300 and 350 mm.

What the P2IF is used for
The P2IF creates a dedicated maintenance access point in the chimney system.
It allows operators to:
- visually inspect the internal flue;
- carry out periodic cleaning;
- remove soot and combustion residues;
- check the condition of the internal passage;
- perform routine maintenance.
Rectangular inspection door
The defining feature of the P2IF is its rectangular inspection door.
The opening provides practical access to the internal flue for maintenance and cleaning operations.
Important: the inspection door must remain fully accessible after installation. It should not be concealed behind permanent cladding or construction elements that would prevent routine inspection and maintenance.
Installation at the lower section of the chimney
The P2IF is commonly installed towards the lower section of the chimney, where it can provide access for checking and removing accumulated combustion residues.
The exact position must be determined according to the flue design and De Marinis installation instructions.
ISO 25 PLUS and G50 classification
The P2IF belongs to the De Marinis ISO 25 PLUS insulated twin-wall flue system.
The high-temperature system designation is:
T600-N1-W-V2-L50040/050/060-G50
The G50 classification corresponds to a 50 mm clearance from combustible materials in the certified De Marinis system configuration.
Important: G50 applies only to the certified ISO 25 PLUS configuration installed according to De Marinis instructions.

How to read the technical drawing
- Øi: nominal internal flue diameter;
- Øe: external diameter of the insulated twin-wall system;
- A: main inspection assembly dimension;
- B: secondary inspection assembly dimension;
- rectangular door: dedicated access for inspection, cleaning and maintenance.
Installation
The P2IF must be installed where the inspection door remains fully accessible.
Sufficient free space must be provided for opening the door and carrying out cleaning and maintenance operations.
The inspection module and connected flue sections must be properly supported to avoid excessive mechanical loads on the component.
Installation must be carried out by qualified personnel in accordance with De Marinis technical documentation, appliance instructions and applicable regulations.
