De Marinis ISO 25 PLUS P2TC 90° cross tee with inspection G50
The De Marinis P2TC 90° cross tee with inspection is an ISO 25 PLUS G50 component designed to provide both a 90° lateral connection and a dedicated access point for flue inspection and maintenance.
The cross configuration consists of the main vertical flue and two opposite lateral openings: one for the flue connection and one fitted with an inspection closure.
The P2TC is manufactured with an AISI 316L BA stainless-steel inner wall, an AISI 304 BA stainless-steel outer wall and 25 mm blown mineral wool insulation.
It is available in nominal internal diameters Ø80, 100, 130, 150, 180, 200 and 250 mm.

What the P2TC is used for
The P2TC is used where a 90° lateral flue connection is required while maintaining direct access to the internal flue passage.
The opposite inspection opening allows maintenance operations to be carried out without removing the connected branch.
Typical inspection activities include:

- flue cleaning;
- removal of deposits;
- routine maintenance.
Difference between P2TC and P2T9
The standard P2T9 is a conventional 90° tee.
The P2TC adds an opposite inspection opening, creating a cross-shaped fitting that provides direct access to the internal passage.
Inspection opening ØT
De Marinis identifies the inspection opening diameter as ØT.
From Ø80 to Ø200, ØT matches the nominal main flue diameter. For P2TC250, the inspection opening is ØT = 200 mm.
Important: the inspection opening must remain accessible after installation to allow cleaning, checking and maintenance of the flue system.
ISO 25 PLUS and G50 classification
The P2TC belongs to the De Marinis ISO 25 PLUS insulated twin-wall flue system.
The high-temperature designation is:
T600-N1-W-V2-L50040/050/060-G50
The G50 classification corresponds to a 50 mm clearance from combustible materials in the certified manufacturer configuration.
Important: G50 applies only to the certified ISO 25 PLUS configuration installed according to De Marinis instructions.

Dimensional note: joint depth I is 45 mm for all versions. Hu, A, B and ØT vary according to nominal diameter. The official P2TC range is available up to Ø250 mm.

- Øi: nominal internal flue diameter;
- Øe: external twin-wall diameter;
- Hu: overall usable fitting height;
- A: vertical dimension to the lateral opening centre;
- B: lateral projection of the fitting;
- ØT: inspection opening diameter;
- I: joint depth, 45 mm.
Installation
The P2TC must be installed according to the correct flue orientation while keeping the inspection opening fully accessible.
Connected sections must be properly supported to prevent excessive mechanical loads from being transferred to the fitting.
The inspection point must remain accessible for periodic checking, cleaning and maintenance.
Installation must be carried out by qualified personnel in accordance with De Marinis technical documentation, appliance instructions and applicable regulations.
