Special pincer for cutting very hard tiles or mosaic

Montolit 55W2

Professional pincer specific glass and ceramic mosaic.

This tool is extremely useful for performing classical and artistic mosaics, small corner finishing works, making special shapes.

Peculiar features: Made of carbon steel and forged with the most modern technologies, it is able to combine excellent finishing and operating precision with a slim line that makes it ergonomic and well balanced. Adopts two tungsten carbide wheels with Titanium Nitride coating as cutting edges. The advantageous lever combined with the surface of contact between material and point cutting edges ensure that the force released is remarkable and the result extremely accurate, which makes it usable also on glass mosaic tiles and for the meticulous finishing of the cuts.

Feeling and a feeling of comfort are transmitted to the user not only by the tapered soft rubber-covered handle and the progressive spring for re-opening the handles, but above all by the two end-of-stroke bumpers that prevent trauma to the hand when the material is broken.

Advantages:

The particular inclination of the head allows it to be used as a shear on the edges of mosaic tiles.
